  • Male
  • College level/Associate Degree Holder of any 1 or 2-year Course, preferably in Food Technology, or and Food-related course
  • At least 6 months work experience as cook
  • Having a basic knowledge and understanding on food safety and sanitation
  • Chopping, Portioning, Cooking and Cleaning skills

COOK

Requirements

  • Male/Female
  • College level/Associate Degree Holder of any 1 or 2-year Course, preferably in Food Technology, or and Food-related courses
  • With training certificate in baking/culinary from a reputable institution is an advantage
  • At least 1 year work experience as a Baker
  • Having a basic knowledge and understanding on food safety and sanitation
  • Having a basic knowledge in baking artisan breads (croissants, baguettes, etc.) is an advantage
  • Portioning and Cleaning skills

PANTRY

Requirements

  • Female
  • College level/Associate Degree Holder of any 1 or 2-year Course, preferably in Food Technology, or and Food-related course
  • At least 6 months experience in kitchen work

CAKE DECORATOR

Requirements

  • Male/ female
  • 21-38 years old
  • Distinct artistic ability, creative and meticulous to details
  • Knowledgeable in Fondant Icing
  • College level or preferably college graduate with HRM course or food related course
  • Can work independently on his/ her own
  • With at least 6 months experience in related field
  • Willing to work for a long hours

DINING MAINTENANCE/DISHWASHER

Requirements

  • Male
  • College level
  • At least with previous experience in janitorial or dishwasher job
  • Exposure in restaurant related work is an advantage
  • Having a basic knowledge and understanding on food and skills is an advantage
  • Special skills like knowledge in electrical works and knows how to repair gadgets is an advantage
  • Average in oral and written communication skills
  • Can work quickly and accurately to deliver fast and efficient service to the customers

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder of Business Management or Accounting
  • At least 2 years work experience in accounting
  • At least 1 year work experience as a supervisor
  • Knowledgeable in using Quickbooks is an advantage
  • Having a good grasp of basic accounting concepts, principles, and practices
  • Having a good grasp in bookkeeping and cost accounting
  • Good Interpersonal relationship skills
  • Good in oral and written communication skills
  • Good leadership skills
  • A computer literate
  • Can handle work under pressure
  • Has the ability to perform tasks in the standard way at all times

PURCHASER

Requirements

  • Good in customer relation skills, negotiating skills and analytical skills

Requirements
